    At the initiative of the Rhône-Alpes Towns Network, the Region and the Regional Authority, this regional skills centre provides development support to companies with digital issues, analysis and forecasting, and circulation of TICs (information and communication technologies).

    Since 2002, through the intermediary of Loire Numérique, TIC representatives have organised themselves as a way of structuring the industry, promoting it and giving it improved visibility, encouraging innovation and anticipating changes.

This collective initiative has encouraged overall growth among the participants thanks to a pooling of resources.
